Q. How do I place an order?

A.. This process couldn't be simpler. From the front page, you can search by the area you live in or the type of food you want. Once you've found the restaurant or takeaway you're ordering from, select the dishes you want and you'll be directed to a login page (if you haven't logged in already) where you can also register if it's your first visit. Once logged in you can proceed to our secure payment page, which allows you to pay by credit card or by cash. Once this has been completed the order is sent through to the restaurant or takeaway and after that it's just a matter of waiting for your delivery!


Q. How do I know that my Credit Card details are safe?

A.. Ring us immediately on 087 9487000 and we will cancel your order and make sure the credit card payment doesn't go through. Once an order has been cancelled, you are free to place another order via with the same outlet.


Q. How do I pay?

A.. You can pay by credit card online, which ensures your payment goes through immediately, or you can also choose to pay by cash upon arrival.


Q. Do you accept Credit Cards?

A.. We currently accept Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, 3v, American Express and Laser. 


Q. Are my Credit Card details safe?

A.. Yes, we take credit card security very seriously! We use well use a well established company to process your credit card details. We never store your credit card details on our systems. In addition we use SSL technology to encrypt your details, ensuring your details are safe.


Q. My food was late/cold/awful.. can I have a refund?

A.. Unfortunately that it outside our control and you will need to contact the restaurant directly with your complaint about the quality of their food. Please do not contact with any complaints or queries about the actual food you receive from any outlet advertising with


Q. I did not receive what I ordered!.

A.. Again this is an issue which you must take up directly with the outlet in question. They will more than likely apologise and offer you a refund and/or compensation, of which you are entitled to.


Q. I did not get my order, but I paid online with my Credit Card.

A.. Please call us on 087 9487000 and we will cancel the order. To file a complaint with the restaurant or takeaway you will need to contact them directly.


Q> What if I am overcharged?

A.  Contact us on 087 9487000 and we will look into what the overcharge was.

Q. I registered on your website. How do I know my details are safe?

A. We only keep your details on a secure, encrypted server using the latest technology. Our staff  do not have access to any of your details. We don't  store any credit card information on our servers, we merely route it through a secure SSL server to make the payment.


Q. I want to cancel my subscription.

A. To unsubscribe just email us on  and will  cancel your subscription immediately
